Halloween is almost here!!! It’ll be here in less than 3 weeks! Are you ready? I kind of am. Not really, but getting there! Halloween is pretty much one of my favorite holidays.

Does help that that favorite color is Orange and what’s Halloween without Orange?!? haha BigBear says that I love it so much because it’s the one day out of the year that I can take my true form (a witch) and no one notice… LOL oh Big Bear…. be glad I love you so much 😉

I’ve got a Sweet…. I mean…. Spooky Halloween recipe for you!!

An awesome Halloween Box that showed up on my doorstep a few weeks ago, packed full of Halloween goodies from Kraft. I felt like a little kid on Christmas morning! I pulled everything out and just fell in love with the Pumpkin Marshmallows and the Jello Jiggler mold!

After a little brainstorming, I decided to use them to make these Spooky Marshmallow Filled Chocolates!

I love all of the shapes that are in the Jello Jiggler mold! Bat, Cats, Ghost, Pumpkins and Witches! These are so easy to make and rather impressive if I do say so myself.

I’m thinking about making some more and boxing them up as Halloween treats for some lucky family members haha 🙂

Happy Haunting! Check out all of the spooky Halloween recipes and crafts on this BigBearsWife.com!

  • Yield: ABOUT 24 CHOCOLATE CANDIES

Ingredients

  • 40 JUMBO PumpkinMALLOWS (or regular jumbo marshmallows)
  • 1 cup Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 -4 cups melted chocolate
  • Small Food Safe Paint brush
  • Jello Jiggler mold or any chocolate candy mold
  • Bowl of Ice Water

Instructions

  1. Pour a little of the melted chocolate into each Jiggler Mold, using the food safe paint brush brush the melted chocolate onto the insides of the molds.
  2. Place in fridge for about 5 minutes to harden.
  3. In a microwave safe bowl, melt Jumobo PumpkinMALLOWS. Add to the bowl of a stand mixer once melted.
  4. Add marshmallow fluff and powdered sugar. Mix until combined.
  5. Remove Jiggle mold from Fridge.
  6. Dip fingers into ice water and scoop a small bit of marshmallow filling out and roll into a ball. Press down into chocolate mold.
  7. Once all chocolate molds have been filled with marshmallow filling, spoon a little bit of melted chocolate over the marshmallow filling to seal the chocolate candy mold.
  8. Place into fridge for about 10 minutes. Once chocolate had hardened, remove from fridge and pop chocolates out of the mold.
