Frankenstine is probably one of my favorite monsters to turn into desserts other than witches. Erin made great little Frankenstein Marshmallow Pops for Halloween and they couldn’t be cuter!

Plus Marshmallow pops are super easy to make.

I love Frankenstine desserts and marshmallow pops are so easy! – Angie, Southern Halloween Queen

Just dip and decorate for a great gaggle of homemade Frankenstein Marshmallow Pops!

Frankenstein Marshmallow Pops

Erin says,

I tried a couple of techniques for the Frankenstein Marshmallow Pops, and the best was to get the icing pretty thin, and then dip and shake off the excess. I tried it thicker, and I just couldn’t get it as smooth. You can play with the consistency when you make them, because the humidity and everything else plays a roll in how the icing will act. But trust me, if I can make these cut little guys, you totally can!
