Ingredients

• 10 cups popped popcorn
• 24 ounces Chocolate Candy Melts
• Candy eyeballs (assorted sizes for monster fun!)
• Halloween sprinkles (purple, green, black bats, and more)

Instructions

1. Pop the popcorn and gather everything in one place.Microwave or bagged works great but I really like to pop the kernels on the stove to get a plain popcorn for this snack mix
2. Place a piece of parchment paper over a baking sheet.
3. Pour popped popcorn in a single layer on the parchment paper.
4. Melt candy melts (30-second intervals in the microwave, stirring in between) and drizzle over the top.
5. Use a spoon or tongs to mix the popcorn and candy melts together. Spread into a single layer.
6. Quickly add candy eyeballs and sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
7. Let the popcorn set at room temperature, then break into pieces and serve.

Sometimes I feel like little ones get left out of the planning when it comes to drinks for a party, especially fun and exciting drinks that you might make for a Halloween party.  All of the bells and whistles come out for cocktails for Halloween but what about the kids? Normally it’s just water, juice or soda….right?

I’ve seen Creepy Eyeball Martinis and Liquid Ghost Halloween Cocktails but drink options for kids at parties sometimes seems a little flat. That is until these Little Monster Halloween Mocktails showed up!

Not only is this Monster fudge super easy to make but it’s also super cute! I love all kinds of Halloween treats but now that I have a little one around I try not to make anything too scary! This Two Layer Monster Fudge is perfect for little ones and grown ups alike!

I also love this monster fudge because it reminds me of my favorite, Spooky Eyeball Fudge Brownies! They actually use the same candy eyes that you can find at most hobby and craft stores!

You can even order them online if you’re having trouble finding them in stores! Or if you want to try your hand at making homemade candy eyes, my friend Renee has a Homemade Royal Icing Eye Tutorial  on her blog that you might like!
