How To Make Mozzarella & Tomato Eyeball Skewers:

Thread three cherry tomatoes and two mozzarella balls onto each skewer, alternating as you go, starting with a tomato.

Lay all the prepared skewers out on a serving platter.

Press one sliced black olive onto each mozzarella ball to make your “eyeballs.”

Drizzle a little of the flavorful oil from the marinated mozzarella over the top before serving.

- 24 marinated mozzarella balls (with seasoned oil)
- 24 slices of black olives
- 12 wooden skewers
Instructions
- Thread three cherry tomatoes and two mozzarella balls onto each skewer, alternating as you go, starting with a tomato.
- Lay all the skewers out on a serving platter.
- Press one sliced black olive onto each mozzarella ball to make your “eyeballs.”
