Those little candy corn hugging candy ghost are so spooky that they’re cute! I do love a super cute little ghost when it comes Halloween desserts.

These Candy Corn Cupcakes are another fun dessert that my friend Jenni made for #HalloweenTreatsWeek last year that I hosted over on my other blog, BigBearsWife.com.

That orange, yellow, and white sprinkle mix is perfect for Halloween too! Aren’t easy cupcakes like this perfect for when you’ve already got about 100 “Halloween Must Dos” on your Halloween to-do list?!

There are tons of candies out there that come to life when Halloween rolls around but none quite scream Halloween like the humble candy corn!

Sometimes it’s used as decoration, sometimes it’s just eaten as is and sometimes it tops fun and cute Halloween desserts like this easy Halloween Fudge!

They also make mini candy corn now that would be great for this Halloween Fudge if you wanted smaller pieces of fudge but really….when Halloween is here, who is really wanting a SMALLER piece of fudge haha.

I’m not a huge fan of regular candy corn but this Easy Candy Corn Fudge is something that I would LOVE to have sitting out in a little bowl at a party!

Easy Candy Corn Fudge

I used my Small Batch 3 Minute Cranberry Pistachio Fudge recipe as a base and it worked beautifully for this recipe. That particular fudge recipe is made in a loaf pan and makes just a small amount of fudge which is great when it’s for a smaller group.

I flavored the orange and yellow layers with honey – just like actual candy corn – and for the white layer, I used clear vanilla extract to keep the white, well, white.

Halloween can’t just be for the kids right? Whip up a batch of these candy corn martinis to keep the party going for the adults.

We have a ton of people that come to our house on Halloween. We’re the neighborhood that everyone drops their kids of by car loads to go trick-or-treating in. You can’t blame them, because we’re one of the only neighborhoods around. Lots of houses that are miles apart in very woody areas; that’s what makes up most of my town.

o I need to be prepared with lots of candy for the kids, food for everyone and beer and cocktails for the adults. And this year I’m going to make a whole pitcher of these candy corn martinis for the adults to enjoy.

This martini starts with infusing cake vodka with candy corn. It happens pretty quickly, but letting the vodka infuse overnight is best. Then it’s layered with pineapple juice and cream to make the most amazing looking martini you’ve ever seen.

This martini is just one of many that you can make on Halloween night. If you’re not a fan of sweet drinks, you could make a cara cara gin and tonic. I for one love a good gin and tonic, and these are orange, so they’ll go perfectly with your Halloween celebration!

I have a handy layering tool for cocktails, but if you don’t want to go through the trouble of layering your martini, and I imagine a lot of you won’t, this candy corn martini tastes just as good shaken up in a cocktail shaker. I might even go as far to say I like it better shaken up together, but it looks way cooler layered. So it’s up to you. Shaken or poured, you decide.
