Serve Cold – These are best chilled and served.

• Add crushed chocolate cookies and chocolate pudding to the bottom for a “dirt cup” effect.
• Try orange Jell-O with candy bugs for a pumpkin patch theme.

Creepy Crawly Green Jell-O Cups

Yield: 6

Wiggle, jiggle, and squirm — these Creepy Crawly Green Jell-O Cups are crawling with Halloween fun! Packed with gooey worms and ghostly green slime, they’re a spook-tacular treat kids will love. So easy to make, it’s scary.

Ingredients

• 1 box (3.94) lime Jell-O or watermelon Jell-O
• 1 1/2 cups boiling hot water
• 1 1/2 cups cold water
• 30 Gummy worms
• Clear plastic cups
• Whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

1. Mix the Jell-O– Prepare the gelatin according to the package instructions and pour it into clear cups.
2. Add the Crawlers – Stick a few gummy worms into the Jell-O and drape them over the edge for a “crawling out of the slime” look. You can also place on in the bottom of the cup.
3. Chill - Chill in the fridge for about 4 hours, or until fully set.
4. Top - Top with whipped cream and a gummy worm before servings.
5. Serve Cold – These are best chilled and served.

Sometimes I feel like little ones get left out of the planning when it comes to drinks for a party, especially fun and exciting drinks that you might make for a Halloween party.  All of the bells and whistles come out for cocktails for Halloween but what about the kids? Normally it’s just water, juice or soda….right?

I’ve seen Creepy Eyeball Martinis and Liquid Ghost Halloween Cocktails but drink options for kids at parties sometimes seems a little flat. That is until these Little Monster Halloween Mocktails showed up!

These Halloween mocktails are creepy and spooky looking just like adult Halloween themed drinks but they’re made for kids! Plus, these Halloween kid drinks are topped with gummy eyeballs and zombie hands for a extra creepy Halloween touch!

Meaghan made these Creepy Crawly Dirt Cup Pudding Parfaits for the #HalloweenTreatsWeek event I hosted last year over on BigBearsWife.com and I love how they turned out.

So easy to make but super tasty and fun to eat!

Oh speaking of fun, have you seen those DIY tricks for making your own gummy worms? How neat would those be in these  Pudding Parfaits!

Of course store bought gummy worms are 100% fine (hello dollar store haha) but if you want to try to make them at home I’ve seen a few tutorials that might be neat to try to tackle! This Method uses Jello and Straws: https://youtu.be/ZNEiHXkYu3E     <– That’s pretty neat!

These Dirt Cups would look great next to a few Strawberry Ghost Dark Chocolate Cupcakes and Monster Cookies!

Our little guy obviously isn’t old enough to make Halloween treats but I know my little cousins and my niece LOVE to be in the kitchen with me!  Not only do they love cooking in the kitchen with me but they also love Halloween treats and treats that they can actually help with!

So these easy Halloween recipes are the type of recipes that I would feel comfortable making with my niece, god-daughters and little cousins! Now depending on their ages, you may need to help some of the little ones with a few parts of these recipes however if they’re a little older like my niece and god-daughters, they can probably make these recipes all on their own!
